Ashleigh is a law graduate of the University of Aberdeen, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. She trained with a reputable firm in Glasgow before returning to Aberdeen, joining Mackinnons in 2009. Ashleigh was made a Partner of the firm in 2013. She is experienced in a wide range of personal advice, tax and estate planning work such as wills, trusts, executries and inheritance tax planning. She also deals regularly with mental health and capacity law matters including powers of attorney and guardianship applications. Ashleigh has clients from all over Scotland, although they are predominantly based in Deeside, and regularly meets with clients in all three of our offices, as well as in their own homes.
Another month, another fundraising challenge! On Saturday 25th May, our Senior Property Adviser Andrea Hardie, along with her brother-in-law Paul, will be taking on a skydive in order to raise funds for Friends of Roxburghe House.

The Team at Mackinnons hosted a ‘Lunch with the Legends’ to celebrate (almost) 40 years since the release of groundbreaking “Last of the Hunters” documentary, featuring 3 legends - and top skippers- of the Scottish Fishing Industry; Andrew Bremner, Willie Tait and Terry Taylor.
